There will be a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. ✨ All required forms and waivers must be completed (no less than 24 hours) prior to appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation with cancellation fee charged.✨ There is a 10 minute tardy/late grace period before appointment is cancelled and cancellation fee charged.✨ Forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card or Apple Pay/Google Pay, we are a CASHLESS establishment.✨ Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (cannot be transferred to a different date but can be transferred to a different client). ✨ ADDITIONAL SPA POLICIES: Head Spa Experiences are finished with a towel dry, leave-in conditioner, and an optional microfiber drying cap. ✨ Our Lanham location is located on the 3rd floor of a professional office building. You enter on the 2nd floor and will have to take a flight of stairs to reach the 3rd floor. ✨ Services will be denied if there is an excessive amount of dirt, dandruff or product buildup such as gel, hair spray, grease, etc. These clients should pre-wash prior to appointment. ✨ Services will be denied if there is any sign of a hair/scalp disease or medical disorder such as folliculitis, ring worm, psoriasis or sebborhoeic dermatitis.✨ Services cannot be performed on any clients with hair extensions. (Ex: braids, micro-links, sew-ins, etc). ✨
